Meredith is a Registered Dietitian currently obtaining her Masters Degree in Sport Nutrition from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Georgia, and completed her Dietetic Internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.
She now works part-time as a Dietitian at the UCCS Student Health Center, where she specializes in collegiate athletics, eating disorders, and general nutrition and wellness. She will work with you to identify strategies for performance, recovery, and nutrient timing to meet your training goals through behavior modification and creating sustainable eating habits.
She can evaluate your sport-specific nutrition needs and actual food intake and create individualized meal plans for weight gain/ muscle gain, fat/weight loss, weight management, athletic performance, and a healthy relationship with food. She is a Level 1 ISAK-accredited anthropometrist for skinfold measurement.
