This membership includes coaching and individualized programs for these athletes, in an open gym environment. This membership offers a flexible schedule at our gym during any of our open gym hours.
Included in this membership is an initial consultation and movement assessments. Based on the assessment results most beginners will be required to do a 6 session on ramp program designed to teach basic movements and develop flexibility. These sessions are scheduled with coaches in a 1on 1 setting or small group.

BOOTCAMP POWERED BY ONG FITNESS
Meredith is a Registered Dietitian currently obtaining her Masters Degree in Sport Nutrition from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Georgia, and completed her Dietetic Internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. She now works part-time as a Dietitian at the UCCS Student Health Center, where she specializes in collegiate athletics, eating disorders, and general nutrition and wellness. She will work with you to identify strategies for performance, recovery, and nutrient timing to meet your training goals through behavior modification and creating sustainable eating habits. She can evaluate your sport-specific nutrition needs and actual food intake and create individualized meal plans for weight gain/ muscle gain, fat/weight loss, weight management, athletic performance, and a healthy relationship with food. She is a Level 1 ISAK-accredited anthropometrist for skinfold measurement.
Nutrition Consultation includes:

Sport specific training designed to improve athletic performance through a combination of Olympic Weightlifting, resistance training and metabolic conditioning. This Program is designed to improve fitness, through sport specific activities, while developing balance, body awareness, coordination, agility power, speed, endurance, flexibility and strength. This Program introduces participants to Olympic Weightlifting movements, focusing on building strong fundamentals and injury prevention for long-term sport development.
SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING
Most training takes place in a group setting however, we do offer personal training for those interested in one-on-one training with one of our certified personal trainers.
